Unify Phone has really supercharged OpenScape Voice, Unify OpenScape 4000 and OpenScape Business, and even breathed life back into the old HiPath 3000 range.

We have deployed Unify Phone now to a number of clients and it has been really well received. The push pull call functionality really does create a slick mobility solution that allows users to easily switch between desk phone, PC and their mobile phone, so they can always be reachable The addition of real-time call metrics for current active call is also a great feature.

Looking forward to the next updates for Unify Phone.

Currently, all telephone numbers are entitled to one free listing in the BT Local Phone Book. Additional Entries in other locations or Special Phone Book Entries (Ordinary, Bold and Super Bold) are chargeable.

We’ve recently received notification from BT Directory Solutions that as of 1st January 2023, BT will be removing the Free of Charge Business listings published in the Standard Phone Book Print, A to Z Business Listings section.

This means that Phone Books published after 1st January 2023 will only contain residential building and paid-for business listings.

As per the above table, any currently chargeable Additional or Special Phone Book Entries will remain unaffected.

Please note that business listings will still have a free of charge listing but the FOC business entry will be detailed in a separate supplement which is available on request, detailing free of charge business A to Z Listings. The phonebook will only contain residential and paid for business listings.
